About Wells Fargo EGS India Solutions

We are hiring for a position in EGS Delivery in India. EGS stands for Wells Fargos Enterprise Global Services. We are a critical component of the Wells Fargo strategy to leverage distinct advantages of a global environment. Legally, we are known as Wells Fargo EGS India Solutions . Currently we are 12000 strong team members with 3 locations Chennai ,Bangalore and Hyderabad in India and 1 center in Manila.

Job Description:

This position will serve as an analyst and consultant within the Platform Management Team PMT supporting Payments, Virtual Solutions and Innovation PVSI and Community Banking Technology CBT.



Primary role is to represent the team across the organization in major initiatives with the ability to identify gaps and issues, recommend opportunity areas, and determine potential timing and sequencing of deliverables .The ideal candidate will be a self-starter who enjoys a fast-paced job, thrives on problem solving, and is committed to delivering seamless product availability to large enterprises.

Preferred Skills:

ITIL Process management, service delivery and management skills are a required

Proficient in reporting, data and process analysis

Able to use analytics tools such as MS Excel, and able to do simple reporting queries from reporting tools/sites

Technical knowledge, can translate technical discussion to senior management language

Excellent communication skills and problem solving ability

Excellent listening skills and be able to take down notes both technical and non-technical information

Must be able to work independently, and within a team dynamics

Willing to work on timings 1:

30 PM - 10:

30 PM IST

Core Work Activities:

Coordinate install activities for Production and non-production Implementations.

Experience in ITIL Process Change Management, Incident & Problem Management

Monitor and improve on change management process gap for smooth delivery of project.

Effective Client interaction, written and verbal communication skills.

Manage Change Management alongside other key Business Owners.

Working experience on application change schedule and implementation co-ordination

Experience in preparing the Daily Summary Reports and Weekly Summary Reports.

Escalate promptly any issues that impact operations.

Takes ownership and follows through on tasks; drives decisions; results- oriented

Identify gaps in existing process and implement solutions to address them

Demonstrate ability to work with and support cross-functional project teams.

Accepts, prioritizes, and categorizes Change Request.

Responsible for notification, tracking, timeline alerts, and escalations when needed

Maintain timelines, track deliverables and issues

Compile a weekly, monthly or annual reporting that can provide status updates to all stakeholders

Provide analysis and problem solving when and where needed

Identify opportunities to enhance existing processes, provide inputs for process improvement

Follow all defined IT standards and processes

Department Overview

Payments, Virtual Solutions, and Innovation /Community Bank Technology PVSI/CBT within the Enterprise Information Technology business provides strategic technology solutions to the both the PVSI and Community Banking lines of business, including application design, development, and support. It also helps CBT PVSI CIO group in transforming the technology organization. This includes collaborating with Risk Management, Enterprise Architecture, Strategy, Shared Service and Infrastructure teams.

Experience of more than 7 years in Service Management.
