Job title: Sales & IT Recruitment (International Phone Process)



We are Dhasha Consultancy located in Somajiguda, Hyderabad. We are currently hiring personnel to work for our clients who are based in the USA. We collaborate with our clients to deliver learning solutions and help place professionals in IT Projects. We have our associate offices and teams in countries across the globe. We have an ambitious and continuous growth plan and target to add a wide variety of Demand Driven, Role-Based courses to prepare the candidates for growth-oriented career paths in IT Projects. Over the last seven years,

hundreds of candidates have benefited from our assurance of complete placement assistance and are successfully working in various industries & domains of IT Projects.





We are seeking to expand our team of energetic and professional Career Counselors and recruitment specialists at our office in Hyderabad, Telangana. The selected candidates will be results-driven individuals who will be instrumental in generating the revenue for the company and will have the opportunity of multisource residual income.





Job Responsibility and Requirements



The personnel will understand the aspirations and career objectives of the candidate and will guide them to a promising career path with opportunities and growth prospects. The career counselors will initially work with the potential candidates from the USA and Canada and then provide services to the candidates in other countries as well. The right candidate will have an excellent opportunity to grow with the company and can look forward to a leadership role in the organization (Suitable training will be provided by the company).





As part of the recruitment process the personnel will require to advertise IT job posting on popular American Job Seeker portals. Where required contact the suitable candidates and initiate the internal recruitment process for the right candidates.





Essentials for the position



- Good command over English language.

- Excellent communication and customer service skills.

- Highly motivated, determined and career-driven.

- Aptitude for negotiation and persuasion.

- Proven track record in sales would be highly advantageous.

- Ability to meet and exceed monthly targets.

- Team player, multi-tasking capabilities, leadership qualities.

- Ability to work as per US timing (Nighttime in Hyderabad).

- Time management and personal organization.

- Analytical capability and the ability to learn

- Ability to monitor feedback for improvement.





Eligibility Criteria



- Under Graduates/Graduates with very good interpersonal skills.

- One - three years of experience in a call center selling concepts, services, or products.

- Candidates with sales and marketing aptitude who want to change their career path.

- Proficiency in MS Office

- Previous sales or international phone process or US recruitment experience will be advantageous

- Freshers and candidates with good communication skills and highly proficient in spoken English will also be considered.





Salary



Upwards of 20,000 plus commissions. Upon completion of the probation period of six months, a suitable package will be offered as per the performance and results.





Note Currently due to COVID Pandemic, the candidates may be required to work from home with their own laptop, a good broadband connection will be required. In normal circumstances, the candidates will be required to work from our office at Hyderabad. The options will be discussed during the interview process.
