Lead the testing effortsand team to plan ,construct and execute release test. Apply test methodologies, principles and processes to define and implement key metrics to manage and assess the testing process including test execution and defect resolution. Apply business and functional knowledge to meet the teams overall test objectives. Coach and advice testers as required.
Work Experience: *7 to 8 +
Must have Skills: *Functional test planning
Domain Knowledge: Banking (Lending) and financial services
Key Responsibilities: * Around 7 to 8 years’ experience in manual and automation testing
Technical Experience: *
1- Testing and life annuities background
2- Good analytical and debugging skills
3- Ability to be flexible and work analytically in a problem -solving environment
Good communication skills
