Should have excellent Convincing Power.

Handling inbound calls.

Excellent Customer Service skills.

Feedback - emails/phones (communication channel)

Influences customers for our products & services.

Skills to acquire new customers.

Should be a target oriented person.

Polite and customer service oriented

Handling customer complaints and escalating them appropriately



Data entry skills for recording customer information into the Centralised system

Adept at producing call reports





Salary

Between 1.20 Lac to 2.30 Lac (Depends on experience & interview)
