Assistant Manager position role in Conduct Risk Team. Responsibility of this role includes but not limited to monitoring under the Conflicts of Interest Policy and the Outside Activities Policy, resolving employees queries related to policy requirements, monitor and guide junior team members deliverables, develop and deliver management reporting related the Conflicts of Interest Policy and the Outside Activities Policy, be vigilant of any potential incidents of non-compliance. In addition, support the Risk and Policy team with stewardship of Conduct Risk owned regulatory obligations, controls, policies, quarterly reporting, information security, corporate communications,
and legal entity reporting.Roles and ResponsibilitiesDevelop a strong understanding of State Street s Standard of Conduct, and other Conduct Risk related policies and requirementsDevelop and demonstrate proficiency with related modules in Star ComplianceExecute the accurate processing of different types of transactions covered by the Conflicts of Interest Policy and the Outside Activities Policies in accordance with standard operating proceduresEnsure that all transactions are executed on a timely manner, and issues are escalated appropriatelyAssist State Street employees, including management, with questions regarding various topics. Engage with the onshore team to answer complex questionsSupport Conflicts of Interest team and Risk and Policy team in production of management reporting, including but not limited to data collection, qualitative and / or quantitative analysis, formatting, and quality assurancePerform ad-hoc projects and requestsSkill Requirement7 to 9 years of relevant work experienceMandatory: Effective communication(Verbal/Written)Industry background(Compliance/Audit etc)Ability to work under pressureOwners mindsetApplication Skills: MS Office - Word, Power Point, Excel (including pivot tables and graph production) and OutlookEnthusiastic and eager to learnPeople management skills,
