Project Engineer (Site Based)

Experience: min 3 years on Site Experience desired.

Skills Required: Experience in Interior Fit out Works mandatory. Fluent in English (desirable) , should be able to communicate in local language at Site

Job Description:

Your role will broadly involve (but not limited to) the following:

- Co-ordinate with vendors on site for day-to-day activities.
- Update progress of works to the Projects Manager/Co-ordinator on day-to-day basis.
- Ensure that all materials used and work performed are in accordance with the specifications.
- Ensure that the works done on site are in accordance with the specifications.
- Assist Projects Manager/Co-ordinator in monitoring and interpreting the contract design documents supplied by the Architect.




- Liaise and update Daily progress of works to the Projects Manager/Co-ordinator and bring attention to critical issues causing bottlenecks on site.
- Liaise with any contractors, supervisors, and the general workforce involved in the project.
- Prepare RFOs for procurement of Client supplied material, if any.
- Prepare Joint Measurement records along with Contractor, and check bill raised by the contractor.
- Oversee quality control and health and safety matters on site as per contract conditions, relevant codes and standards and ensure strict adherence to the same on site.
- Quantity estimation as and when required.
- Report and assist Project Manager/Cordinator in resolving unexpected technical difficulties alongside Project Manager and other problems that may arise.
