Job Title: HR Intern (Work from Home)

Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Timings: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
About the Role
We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated HR Interns to join our team. This internship offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, coordination, and employee engagement — all in a virtual environment.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews.
Maintain candidate databases and update recruitment trackers.
Coordinate with hiring managers and candidates for smooth interview processes.
Support onboarding and documentation activities.
Contribute to HR initiatives, engagement activities,
and performance tracking.
Handle day-to-day HR operations and administrative tasks as assigned.
Requirements
Pursuing or recently completed graduation/post-graduation (preferably in HR, Management, or related field).
Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in MS Office and basic recruitment tools.
Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently.
Must have a laptop and stable internet connection.
