Field Associate - West Bengal

Location: Kolkata, Howrah, Hooghly, Burdwan (Purba & Paschim Bardhaman), Birbhum, North 24 Parganas, South 24 Parganas

Salary: ₹30,000 Per Month (₹25,000 + ₹5,000 Travel Allowance)

About the Role

We are looking for agile and field-oriented candidates to join as Field Associates across multiple districts in West Bengal. The role involves on-ground coordination, data collection, field visits, and local engagement as per project requirements.

Key Responsibilities

● Conduct regular field visits within the assigned district.

● Collect and report field data as per project guidelines.

● Coordinate with local stakeholders, beneficiaries, and project teams.

Pre-Requisites (Mandatory)

1. Minimum qualification: 12th pass or above.

2. Two-wheeler (Bike) with valid Driving License (DL).

3. Smartphone and personal Laptop for reporting and coordination.

4. Must be a resident of the assigned district.

5. Language Required – Bengali (Read, Write & Speak)
