Role Overview

- We are seeking a highly disciplined, Mumbai-based Fitness Qualified willing to relocate to Hospet as a dedicated Personal Coach for the promoter family. This is not a standard gym floor role; it is a high-impact position requiring a deep understanding of functional training, nutrition, and luxury hospitality standards. You will be responsible for designing and executing bespoke wellness programs within the family's private estate.

Key Responsibilities

- Personalized Training: Design and lead one-on-one or small group sessions for family members, ranging from high-intensity workouts to mobility and recovery.

- Nutritional Strategy: Work closely with the household's private chefs to curate meal plans aligned with the family's fitness goals.

- Goal Tracking: Monitor progress through regular body composition analysis and performance metrics.

- Facility Management: Maintain the private gym facility, ensuring equipment is sanitized, calibrated, and up-to-date.

- Flexibility: Adapt to the family's schedule, including travel if required.

Candidate Profile

- Origin:



Must be currently based in Mumbai (familiarity with premium fitness culture).

- Experience: Minimum 5–8 years of experience as a Personal Trainer, preferably with HNIs, corporate leaders, or celebrity clients.

- Certifications: Accredited certifications (e.g., ACE, ACSM, NASM, or equivalent). Specialized knowledge in Yoga, Pilates, or Physiotherapy is a significant plus.

- Soft Skills: Impeccable grooming, refined communication skills, and a strict adherence to privacy and confidentiality (NDA required).

- Adaptability: A positive attitude toward relocating to a more focused, quieter environment in Hospet.
