For nearly 17 years , Ken Foundation has worked at the grassroots level in child development, women empowerment, environment, and skill development.
Most of our initiatives have been community-supported. As we enter the next phase of growth, Ken Foundation is expanding to Hyderabad and inviting experienced professionals to join us in Honorary (Pro-bono) Leadership Roles to help scale our CSR and partnership initiatives.
With 12A, 80G, and CSR-1 registrations , Ken Foundation is well-positioned to collaborate with corporates committed to meaningful social impact.
Open Honorary Leadership Roles – Hyderabad
1) Director – Corporate Engagement (IT & Technology)
Focus: Building partnerships with Hyderabad’s strong IT and technology ecosystem.
2) Director – Industry Relations (Pharma & Healthcare)
Focus: Engaging Hyderabad’s Pharma and Healthcare sector, including Genome Valley and major pharmaceutical companies.
3) Director – Philanthropy & Strategic Alliances
Focus: Developing relationships with CSR leaders, donors, and institutional partners.
4) Director – Environmental Sustainability & CSR
Focus: Developing climate and sustainability-focused CSR initiatives.
Advisory & Mentorship Opportunities
1. Social Impact Strategy
Focus: Strengthening impact reporting and aligning programs with corporate CSR priorities.
2. Brand Advocacy & Communications
Focus:
Building awareness of Ken Foundation within the Hyderabad corporate and social sector ecosystem.
3. CSR & Partnership Mentorship
Focus: Providing guidance on CSR approaches, corporate engagement strategies, and partnership development.
4. Strategic Growth & Expansion Mentorship
Focus: Advising on long-term growth strategies and expansion of Ken Foundation’s CSR initiatives.
Senior professionals who may not wish to take active leadership roles are welcome to join the Hyderabad Advisory Board , contributing their expertise, guidance, and professional networks to support long-term growth and partnerships.
