What You'll Be Responsible For

As an EM , you will play a pivotal role in designing one of the world's most advanced digital employees, a leading AI agent redefining the future of work. You will:

Design & Evolve Core Architecture: Define the long-term architectural vision that enables digital employees to work seamlessly across enterprise systems at scale.
Bridge Strategy and Execution : Translate business and product requirements into scalable, secure, and resilient designs, while rolling up your sleeves to get hands-on when needed.
Enable Velocity & Quality: Balance speed of iteration with long-term technical excellence, ensuring the team can move rapid without compromising reliability.
Drive Standards & Best Practices :



Establish frameworks and patterns that enable teams to build consistently and with high quality across the platform.
Cross-Functional Leadership : Work closely with engineering, product, and customer teams to align architecture with real-world enterprise needs.
Mentorship & Multiplication : Up-level the technical bar by coaching engineers, fostering a culture of ownership, and growing the next generation of technical leaders.
