About the Role
Daixta is building a structured financial intelligence layer for SME & equipment finance workflows.
We are preparing controlled enterprise pilot programs and are seeking a senior backend engineer to design and build the core ingestion and multi-tenant architecture powering our system.
This is foundational infrastructure work — focused on data isolation, ingestion pipelines, and structured financial signal processing.
Key Responsibilities
• Design and implement multi-tenant backend architecture
• Build secure PDF ingestion & processing pipeline
• Develop structured transaction data model
• Implement queue-based batch processing
• Ensure strict tenant-level data isolation
• Build REST APIs for structured summary outputs
• Implement logging, monitoring, and failure tracking
• Collaborate closely with ML engineer on signal layer integration
Required Experience
• 5+ years backend engineering experience
• Strong proficiency in Python (FastAPI/Django) OR Node (NestJS)
• Experience designing multi-tenant systems
• Experience building ingestion/data pipelines
• Strong PostgreSQL data modeling skills
• Experience with queue systems (Celery / RabbitMQ / SQS)




• Experience implementing logging & monitoring
• Understanding of secure file handling
Strongly Preferred
• Experience in fintech or financial systems
• Experience handling PDF document ingestion
• Exposure to financial transaction data
• Experience in early-stage startup setting
What This Role Is Not
• Not a frontend-heavy role
• Not an AI research position
• Not a DevOps-only role
• Not a junior backend position
We are seeking someone comfortable owning system architecture decisions.
Compensation
India-based compensation range:
₹24,00,000 – ₹42,00,000 INR annually
(or competitive contract equivalent)
Compensation may include long-term equity participation.
