AdSocial.ai is a creative-led performance marketing agency that helps brands scale profitably on Meta (Facebook and Instagram) using high-converting ad creatives powered by AI. We’re growing fast and looking for a Sales Executive to join our team in Bangalore and help us close more deals across D2C, services, and app-first businesses.
What You’ll Do
Identify and reach out to potential clients (primarily founders and marketing heads).
Pitch AdSocial’s creative ad solutions and generate meetings.
Run outbound campaigns via calls, LinkedIn, email, and WhatsApp.
Manage leads, follow-ups, and sales pipeline to close deals.
Collaborate with our creative and performance team for client onboarding.
What We’re Looking For
1–3 years of experience in B2B/agency sales.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Persistent follow-up skills and a result-driven mindset.
Familiarity with sales tools like LinkedIn, CRM, Notion, etc.
Based in Bangalore and comfortable with 6-day work from office.
Compensation & Perks
INR 30,000/month fixed salary
Work from our Bangalore office (6 days/week).
