Job Title: Lead/Manager SRE/DevOps Consultant (GCP focused) Location: Bangalore, India -Hybrid(offshore)
Duration: 6 months – C2H

Required Qualifications
Proven experience managing large-scale operations or engineering teams within an enterprise or managed services workplace.
Strong hands-on expertise with GCP, including comfort with GCP-native services, monitoring, governance, and operational tooling.
Familiarity with multi-cloud environments (AWS, GCP, Azure) and hybrid architecture.
Demonstrated leadership across direct, matrixed, vendor, and consultant teams.
Background in FinOps or experience supporting financial operations in cloud environments (financial services experience a plus).
Solid understanding of Agile methodologies, with hands-on use of Jira.
Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to lead initiatives independently, enforce accountability, and drive operational excellence across diverse technical teams.
