SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGER

This is a hands-on leadership role — the candidate will lead the team but must also step into execution when required.

Role Overview:

We're seeking a results-oriented Social Media Lead to drive strategic social media initiatives for our agency clients. This role combines hands-on execution with team leadership—you'll develop comprehensive strategies, manage both organic and paid campaigns, lead a talented team, and deliver measurable results across multiple client accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute social media strategies for multiple clients
Lead and mentor a team of social media specialists
Manage organic campaigns across all major platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, Twitter/X, YouTube)
Plan and optimize paid campaigns (Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.)
Oversee content calendars, community management, and brand reputation
Track KPIs, analyze data, and deliver actionable insights to clients




Present strategies and results to clients
Manage advertising budgets and maximize ROAS

Required Skills & Qualifications:

4+ years in social media marketing (agency experience preferred)
Proven track record with organic and paid social campaigns
Experience leading/mentoring teams
Strong analytical and reporting skills
Excellent client management and communication
Ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines
Portfolio with measurable results
