Elevates every WhizCo touchpoint — from ads and decks to case studies and social posts — to the standard of a world-class creative agency. This role sits at the intersection of performance and brand, ensuring every design both captures attention and reflects WhizCo’s premium positioning.

Salary: ₹25,000–35,000/month

Reports To: Digital Marketing Lead / Creative Strategist

Experience Required: 2–4 years in digital design with a performance creative portfolio

Responsibilities :-

- Designs all paid ad creatives for Google Display, Meta (Feed, Stories, Reels), LinkedIn (Single Image, Carousel, Video covers)
- Designs and updates WhizCo landing pages (in Figma — hands to dev for build)
- Creates case study one-pagers and capability decks for the sales team
- Produces organic social content for WhizCo and U|A channels
- Designs every platform marketing materials — email headers, onboarding assets
- Maintains WhizCo design asset library — organised, versioned, accessible to the full team
- Uses AI image tools (Midjourney, Freepik, Adobe Firefly)

Requirements :-

- Expert in Figma — non-negotiable
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite: Illustrator, Photoshop — After Effects for basic motion
- Understands performance creative: a Meta ad must stop the scroll in 1 second, not just look beautiful
- Knows all platform ad specifications and can resize/reformat without being asked
- Has designed B2B materials before — capability decks, case studies, one-pagers
- Portfolio Must Include
- Ad creatives across Meta and LinkedIn formats — with context on what the campaign was trying to achieve
- At least one landing page design
- At least one B2B document — capability deck, case study, or proposal
- Evidence of brand consistency across multiple formats
- Nice to Have
- Basic motion design / GIF animation for ad creatives
- Experience with AI image generation tools — especially for Indian-context visual production
- Web flow design experience
