The below requirement is for BCM and Business Manager (PMO) role for IT Security & BCM department. The position is based in India Solutions Pvt Ltd. (ISPL), Mumbai and reports to the ISPL BCM Manager

Roles and Responsibilities



Business Manager (PMO) Roles and Responsibilities :



- Assist in IT Security and BCM business management activities and present it to the Head of Department and/or Senior Management. This will include but not limited to :

- Handling dashboards, MIS and Budgeting activities

- SLA Management

- Contract and Invoice Management

- Managing Clarity PPM

- Staff lave and attendance management

- Hiring, recruitment tracking and resource planning Attend stakeholder meetings, record minutes & follow-up action items to ensure closure of pending action items Perform data analysis and create PowerPoint presentations in the form of charts, graphs etc. Develop dashboards for periodic reporting’s (Monthly, Quarterly, Bi-Annually) for various committee meetings as required by the management. Assist and monitor project milestones, schedule, resource constraints, management, etc. and provide status update to the Department Head Based on management requirements collect data, create template and perform meaningful analysis of data to arrive at key metrics Work on critical aspects of deliverables with a hands-on approach, including communication/follow-up with key stakeholders to ensure timely deliverables Support the department in other Business Management activities as required



BCM Roles and Responsibilities :



- Ensure timely reporting including monthly reporting on ISPL status to BC Manager, ISPL update deck



& OPC Reporting's



- Enhance the quality of BCP/DR/ WADi testing together with ITIP & Business users

- Ensure updating of call tree (List & Test) & Everbridge as per schedule

- Ensure timely documentations are updated including BIA, test reports, BC plans as per regional templates defined

- Ensure implementation of projects / bcp tools, apps in the defined timelines.

- Ensure that the controls for BCM are in sync with the global control plan (GCP) & evidences provided in time to the OPC

- Work towards automation for process improvements and operational efficiency

- Identify and build operational Resiliency for critical processes

- Conduct awareness trainings sessions (Induction, BCM Awareness & ERT ) and any other campaigns across ISPL

- Maintaining BCM Trackers , SharePoint , Everbridge or any other tool ( as per regional implementation)

- Ensure updating of Trackers and Tools on regular basis BCM Trackers (Activity Tracker , BCP / DR /WADI Testing , BCP Seats) SharePoint Updation Everbridge tool contacts management



Technical and Behavioral Competencies / Specific Qualifications



- Effective verbal and written communication skills, and organizational and work documentation proficiency

- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Project, well versed with Excel formulas, SQL, MS Access, pivot and Dash boarding

- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, in presenting Dashboard, metrics, KPI’s with creative presentation skills.

- Exposure to Workflow management tools would also be a nice to have

- Ability to digest different data sources and deliver meaningful insights and metric
