Job Title

Sr. Officer/Executive - IT Admin & Facilities, GILAC

To be responsible for the administration of IT operations, as also related administration of business contracts, agreements, documentations, compliances & collaborate with the Corporate Finance/ Administration / Facilities teams of Corporate & Associate entities, as also External Customer Companies related to these responsibilities .

Your Roles & Responsibilities

- Plan, organize, coordinate, and direct the activities of the department with Corporate IT

- Manage and support video conference and conference room apps at Godrej One

- Manage Audio/Visual equipment and arrangement at Godrej One.

- Manage Teleconferencing facility at Godrej One

- Support in the implementing Application for the Administration & Facilities function.

- Identify areas of improvisation& recommend suitable solutions for Operations

- Manage and negotiate with vendor for new development and customization of apps.

- Evaluate information technology management needs and problems related to systems hardware and software, including applicable vendor applications, data base management, and operational control packages.

- Recommend long-range and short-range management information systems plans and budgets.

- Establish strategic policy for planning, development, and design of information needs. .

- Adept in building strong relationships with IT staff, vendors and third party contractors.

- Negotiate with vendors, outsourcers, and contractors to secure Apps/network products and services.

- Experience in IOT and app development platforms i.e Goolge play/ App Store to be added advantage.

- Networking/LAN/Wifi setup experience and knowledge on firewalls and networking protocols.

Position Requirements

Qualification: Diploma/ Certification in networking/ Certification in App development

Experience: 2 to 5 years' experience in IT end user and application, infrastructure support.

Critical Skills

- Excellent spoken and written communication

- High proficiency in Microsoft Office ( Word, Excel and PowerPoint )

- Exposure of 2 to 5 years in IT

- Ability to collaborate across levels and functions

- Infrastructure & Network Systems Support

- Application implementation and support

- Vendor Management

- Planning of Budget’s

- Handles VC facilities
