- Responsible for acquisition of new clients.
- Will be responsible for business development efforts that generate leads, enhance brand visibility, and increase sales.
- Will be responsible for Collaboration in developing the systems, materials, and resources necessary for business development, including proposals, presentations, and serving offerings to win work.
- Will Gather market intelligence, including information on clients and competitors in the Workplace Market Sector, industry trends, future projects, etc
- Should be able to travel out of Pune & in Pune whenever needed.
- Should be able to close a minimum of 5 & a maximum of 10 projects in a month.
Skill Set :
- Self-starter with excellent communication skills.
- Knowledge of the Workplace Market Sector in Pune and Maharashtra as a whole including competitive positioning and strategy.
- Experience in Architecture, Interior Design firms or related fields in Multinational companies
