ý Analyze incoming files ensuring they contain accurate and complete data.
ý Participate in and or lead calls with internal external parties as the Employee Benefits file subject matter expert.
ý Responsible for managing assigned workload in order to ensure client needs are met in a timely manner and meet service level agreements.
ý Use experience and judgment to overcome challenges and deliver quality service to our customers.
ý Working cross functionally with other departments to gain ýbig pictureý understanding of how the file impacts customer.
ý Identify and participate in opportunities for process improvement that will result in enhancing our customer service experience for both our internal and external parties.
ý Other tasks as assigned.
