Over the past six years, Disney+ Hotstar has been instrumental in shaping how Indians consume their favourite content, migrating audiences at scale from television to a device of their choice.  TEAM GOAL You will work with the largest customers and market influencers to establish long term visions for advertisers and partners across various industries. You understand the context of the market, having spent a significant amount of time working in various sales and marketing functions in two or more industries. Within the industry,

you will the primary advocate of Disney+ Hotstar – setting and executing a GTM plan that will lead us to meet our clients’ objectives and our revenue targets. You are an excellent communicator with a proven ability to train and motivate a large team to meet their goals. You will use an analytical approach to sales management. You will develop and grow some of the largest businesses in India through a customized account management approach.


- Develop and drive a GTM plan including research, develop case studies, public speaking opportunities that are relevant to the industry

- Own the corporate relationships and business target for key advertisers across the industry

- Lead and motivate the team by setting clear and prioritized goals to drive business growth

- Create and manage sales goals for your sales team by using transparent, clear and measurable objectives

- Develop scalable solutions for clients to optimize their usage of Disney+ Hotstar products

- Map, develop and grow the key decision makers and influencers across your industry vertical

- Develop strategic plans and prepare and conduct growth presentations basis the trend analysis and client performance


- An MBA from a premier institute with 10-12 years of experience. 5+ years of leadership experience in Brand management/Sales/Strategic consulting

- Experience working in a foreign, multinational, highly matrixed organization

- Ability to focus and prioritize in a fast-growing business environment, with an instinct for revenue-generating activities

- Strong track record of cross-functional leadership with general management capabilities

- Analytical acumen and thought leadership, paired with agile mindset and can-do attitude
