Our client is a boutique real estate agency that adopts a tech-driven methodology to provide clients with world-class service, reliable information and the best way to meet their housing needs. You will be responsible for :
- Reaching out to an international pool of prospects and developing strong relationships with them
- Ensuring personal viewing and listing targets are met
- Researching and developing a good understanding of given projects
- Keeping precise records of conversations with all clients
- Coordinating various services for clients
The Profile :
- You have at least 2 years of experience within a Sales, Telesales or similar role, ideally within the Real Estate industry.
- Experience within National Sales would be a strong advantage.
- You have solid experience in a regional role ideally including experience covering India.
- You possess excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills.
- You are a strong networker & relationship builder
- You pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standard
- You are highly goal-driven and work well in fast-paced environments
