advise etc ondaily basis To negotiate and finalise all contracts in interest of the Company To review all policies of the Company To ensure all important documents are preserved properly and repository system is inplace To update and keep afresh with latest case laws and changes that may impact thebusiness directly or indirectly To handle registration of trademarks. To identify legal risk and advise on its mitigation and provide legal protection againstcriminal liability, civil liability and other risks.
