Further, the Legal OGC helps the Legal Management Team establish and execute the department s objectives by driving and supporting initiatives to i) implement firm-wide standards and governance, ii) provide financial discipline and risk controls, iii) guide the people agenda and iv) drive best practices.Position Description:This Project Manager will manage a key project upon onboarding but is expected to manage other long-term projects that will implement change and deliver business value. Primarily, the candidate will act as a Project Manager for a Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) system during the implementation and BAU (business as usual) post-implementation phases. The candidate will be responsible for partnering with the teams across Legal, Legal Technology, and the line of businesses driving the execution of this strategic business initiative.
