Expert Technical Knowledge with -Insurance principles and practice,Insurance products and services, Legalknowledge, Compliance, and operationalrisk, Assessing and transferring risk,Claims, Underwriting and pricingRole and Responsibilities: The very first role of the Head of Sales is to provide leadership over the sales department(General Insurance, Life Insurance). Implementing sales strategies that further the departments agenda and drives enhancedrevenue generation for the business. Product development departments [Digital Marketing] in creating product intelligence, forexample, product/brand adjacencies, affinities, display rules, conducting trend analysis, andensuring that these are aligned to support and drive sales and conversion. Monitoring the entire client data. Will have to step in when any of the sales member is stuck or has issues in conversion. The manager will monitor the whole cycle of sales. Setting up corporate marketing team. Tapping corporate accounts.
