Establish and maintain a healthy customer relationship to increase chances of repeat business with existing customers and new accounts To prepare and conduct customer specific presentations and product demonstrations both offline and at customer premises Creation of responses to Requests for Information and Requests for Proposals (RFI/ RFP) and specific proposals to qualified leads aligning with the pre -sales team Responsible for staying abreast of product and services roadmap as well as understanding the scenarios, features and functions within each of the products and services offerings as to how these are applied to address business and learning and training needs. This includes interacting with Technology and Content Solutions Team on an on -going basis to stay current Responsible for preparing for meetings and tailoring communications to address business needs of potential clients as part of the sales process To negotiate and independently acquire new clients directly and with partners to meet sales targets Periodically report all sales activities using reporting tools to the reporting manager Attend conferences and exhibitions and research to stay on top of changes in business issues/ requirements/ regulations/ Technology and understand where the market is going Required Skills: International market exposure is a must especially US.
