* Duties and Responsibilities - Duties and Responsibilities 1. Business planning and management 2. Identify key strategic themes and develop business plans for Rural Credit Card in consultation with BH Rural Credit Card 3. Engage with channel partners to build and strengthen relationship 4. Manage productivity by fixing productivity parameters for ASMs/SM s/ASSC/PSF monitoring performance against set parameters and weekly review with the ASMs and monthly review with the sales teams. 5. Achieving & exceeding Business goals. 6. Creating a strong & compliant sales culture across the channel to drive acquisitions profitability and employee development. 7. Manage cascading down of targets till last line in team (location and product wise)
and ensure team delivers superior results 8. Identifying the need of sales training analyzing changing market trends channel development etc. Also giving feedback & suggestions to the senior management 9. Ensure implementation of promotional plans & contests and suggesting new and innovating promotion plan for the area of work. 10. Retaining high performers and replace poor performers 11. Ensuring highest levels of employee relationship motivation & engagement to drive results & high levels of employee satisfaction. 12. Ensuring that Goals PMP discussions Development Plan discussions ongoing coaching and feedback skip level meetings are done on time and in an effective manner. 13. Effectively engage Operations & Risk teams to understand and contribute to overall processes & profitability across locations. 14. Demonstrated success & achievement orientation. Portfolio management 15. Managing Collections of the acquired portfolio. Relevant sales experience in managing large sales channels in multiple market environments 16. Establish and monitor controllership and compliance governance frameworks to ensure business risk is managed efficiently in alignment with regulatory requirements 17. Maintain healthy portfolio by minimizing business fraud occurrence reviewing quality of sourcing and managing bucket bounce for all locations serviced Geographical expansion planning 18. Identify potential business locations check their business feasibility and certify for expansion by developing planning for resources required (manpower and operational support) 19. Conduct training of teams to be set in new locations and provide them required support in managing/ driving business in new locations 20. Monitor and resolve business related issues faced by teams in new locations to ensure they are equipped with right support for driving business , * MAJOR CHALLENGES (Challenges faced on an on-going basis in carrying out the job) 1. Job requires extensive travel 5.
