Job Description:

This is a Supervisory role for Training Team which includes analysis, planning, marketing, implementation, monitoring, reporting of various learning initiatives to improve the Emerging Markets channel.

Key Responsibilities :

Facilitate and coordinate to ensure Training is conducted for products/process/systems for employees for all roles

Ability to define, create content EM and to measure the efficacy of training

Should be aware of New Training Techniques that can be implemented

With the Team, to drive various Learning modules on all types of platform including digital

Assess relevant training needs for employees,

in consultation with National Head/Regional Business Heads/Area and State Manager including assessment methods and measurement systems.

Plan Training initiatives and projects as per current requirement of HO-BPM team / Business, or challenges faced by the channel. This has to be based on data from various sources to show an impact to business.

Implement the Training Drives and show Needle movement to Business

Monitor and report various Training related activities conducted on monthly basis

Constantly Upskilling the Team

Conduct session audits and suggest improvement measures

Manage and control departmental expenditure within agreed budgets

Ability to identify the region’s training needs basis various Data being published

Closely work with support teams like SQ, RCU, Product

Skills Required :

Graduate with 12+ years of experience in Banking and should be well versed with products, processes and systems of the bank.

Must have very strong process knowledge

Should be able to handle marketing of Training function in Business and achieve the training agenda

Good communication skills to interact with Senior Management and other HO Departments

Working knowledge of MS Office applications

Team Management/ Leadership skills to guide/coach/mentor

Trainer Observation Skills

Innovative thinking including business development perspective

Good Presentation skills

Ability to plan Training schedules and allotment among team members.

Should be self- starter and self-motivated
