Account Management

No of structured meeting with concessionaires.

Steps/initiatives to increase sales/revenues (as planned in AOP)

Safety (Leisure)

No of safety related incidents

Benchmarking with other similar establishments

Receivables management

No of days above 30 days.

Commercial Controls w.r.t to specified accounts

Contract Management compliances


Concessionaires (existing), Prospective concessionaires.

Regulatory bodies Customs, Immigration, Central Industrial Security Force(CISF), Bureau of Civil Aviation security(BCAS)


Interaction is across the following verticals Terminal Operations, ARFF(Fire), Information Technology, Facilities, Technical services,


AOP (Annual Operating Plan) Revenues for GHIAL (approx Rs 25-30 cr p.a)

Experience in marketing and sales in consumer facing businesses business development (as in new product launches).
