In this role you will: Be a part of IT CRM team and work with the Customer Care Business Group to analyze and review business, functional, and technical requirements & issues, design solutions. Participate in project team meetings and communicate effectively with peers, architects, system analysts, business analysts, project managers, quality control, and across other technology team boundaries,
reporting project status as required Provide Tier 1 support to the business users in case of Priority 1 issues with the system Manage Salesforce application using Salesforce Setup menu creating and managing custom objects, fields, formulas, analytic snapshots and report types Validate Salesforce rules and custom workflows Knowledge of architecting integration Solution between SFDC and External Systems Knowledge on Lighting Enablement, Aura framework and Lightning web components. Proficiency in SFDC development environment including Force.com IDE, Migration Tools, SOSL, SOQL and Web Services Design, code, test, debug, document, maintain and modify computer programs of high complexity, significance and risk Deploy Visualforce pages, Apex classes and triggers Knowledge of Agile methodology and sprint based project delivery Experience with SOQL and SOSL queries
