Job Description:

We are hiring an HR Executive for our client, a fast-growing Wedding Photography, Wedding Event Management, and Wedding Décor Company based in T Nagar, Chennai. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in HR Generalist activities and be comfortable working in a dynamic, creative industry.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding
- Maintain employee records, attendance, and HR documentation
- Manage joining formalities, offer letters, appointment letters, and exit formalities
- Coordinate payroll inputs, leave management, and attendance tracking
- Handle statutory compliance basics (PF, ESI – coordination level)
- Support management in employee engagement activities
- Address employee queries and basic grievance handling




- Ensure compliance with HR policies and company guidelines
- Assist in HR reporting and MIS

Requirements:

- Minimum 1 year experience as an HR Executive / HR Generalist
- Basic knowledge of recruitment, payroll, and HR operations
- Good communication skills in English and Tamil
- Proficient in MS Excel and HR documentation
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
- Experience in service or event-based industry is an added advantage
