We are seeking a Senior RCM Manager (Client-Facing) for a full-time, remote position. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, overseeing the end-to-end revenue cycle management (RCM) operations, conducting financial performance reviews, and ensuring process excellence in service delivery. This role involves strategic planning, troubleshooting RCM challenges, and collaborating closely with stakeholders to streamline operations and deliver exceptional services.

Qualifications

- Proven expertise in Revenue Cycle Management and financial operations,



with a strong understanding of claim submissions, payment posting, denial management, and accounts receivable follow-ups
- Exceptional client communication and relationship management skills, ensuring explicit, professional, and results-driven collaboration
- Proficiency in coaching, leading teams, and conducting performance reviews to maintain high operational standards
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities to address operational challenges and improve efficiency using data-driven approaches
- Understanding of healthcare compliance, industry regulations, and familiarity with medical billing systems and software
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Healthcare Administration, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
- Experience in AI-driven solutions and technology innovation within the healthcare industry is a plus
