We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our Human Resources team. This internship offers a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, HR operations. If you’re passionate about people, processes, and creating a great workplace culture, this is the role for you!

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

n

- Handle employee satisfaction assessment, grievance redressal, etc.
- Handle employee productivity management, timesheet assessment, and and leave tracking systems.
- Hire and orient new employees
- Support in onboarding and induction processes for new hires.
- Handle employee communication management
- Manage HRMS & LMS platforms.
- Support performance management and feedback tracking processes.
- Maintain and update HR databases, employee records, and documentation.
- Work on special HR projects as assigned.
- Coordinate and create engaging, tech-driven learning modules for internal teams.
- Support day-to-day HR functions like onboarding, documentation, and employee engagement.
- Explore, research, and report on innovative AI tools and trends in HR.
- Support initiatives that promote diversity, inclusion, and team collaboration.

This role will be expected to take on more line roles also.

n

Please note that the role is completely online. Hence, applicants must have a laptop and a stable internet connection. Please note that this role is not limited to traditional HR responsibilities. The intern will also take on responsibilities related to Organizational Performance Management (OPM).

n

While HR focuses on people, engagement, and processes, OPM focuses on goal clarity, weekly/monthly priorities, progress tracking, alignment, motivation, and identifying bottlenecks from a performance perspective rather than a project-management perspective. The OPM role acts as an enabler, making observations in meetings and preparing reports on team performance, clarity gaps, and direction, while senior leadership provides depth and domain guidance.

Desired Background

n

- Background in Human Resource Management or Organisational psychology, strong emotional quotient and empathy.
- Strong interest in Artificial Intelligence, HR Technology, and Startup Culture.
- Demonstrable strengths in using AI/Prompts for planning or doing work
- Proactive and self-driven with strong communication and creative problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to learn fast, work independently, and adapt in a dynamic, virtual environment.

Stipend:

Rs.



5,000 per month for the first 2 months

n

Rs 7,500 per month for months 3 and 4, subject to a performance rating of 4/5 and above

n

Rs. 10,000 per month for months 5 and 6, subject to a performance rating of 4/5 and above The above stipend amounts are for a minimum of 30 hours per week of time investment
