Alongside Spatial Chat, we operate Teemyco (virtual offices & async collaboration) and Pensil (community platform).

This role will work across all three brands, shaping how we communicate, position, and scale our presence globally.
n
Role Overview As a Data Analyst, you will be responsible for building and maintaining dashboards, managing datasets, and generating insights that drive business and product decisions.
n
This is a hands-on role focused on working with data pipelines, structuring databases, and translating raw data into clear, actionable insights for leadership, marketing, and sales teams.
n
You will work closely with the product, GTM, and engineering teams to ensure accurate tracking, reporting, and visibility into key performance metrics.
n
Responsibilities Data Management & Structuring
n
Work with large datasets to clean, organize, and structure data for analysis
n
Maintain and manage databases to ensure accuracy, consistency, and reliability
n
Build and optimize data pipelines for efficient data flow across systems
n
Dashboarding & Reporting
n
Create and maintain dashboards for business, product, and GTM metrics
n
Build reports to track KPIs such as user engagement, conversion, revenue, and campaign performance
n
Ensure real-time or near real-time visibility for key stakeholders
n
Analytics & Insights
n
Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and growth opportunities
n
Translate data into actionable insights for product, marketing, and sales teams
n
Support decision-making with data-backed recommendations
n
Tracking & Instrumentation
n
Work with teams to define and implement tracking for product and marketing events
n
Ensure proper data capture across tools (website, product, campaigns)
n
Identify gaps in tracking and fix inconsistencies
n
Cross-Functional Collaboration
n
Partner with product, GTM, and leadership teams to understand data needs
n
Support teams with ad-hoc analysis and reporting requests
n
Align dashboards and metrics with business goals
n
What We’re Looking For 2–4 years of experience in data analytics, business analytics, or similar roles
n
Strong experience working with datasets, databases, and data cleaning
n
Proven ability to build dashboards and reports for business teams
n
Robust analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
n
Ability to translate complex data into simple, actionable insights
n
Close attention to detail and data accuracy
n
Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment
n
Technical Skills Required
n
Data & Querying:
n
SQL (mandatory)
n
Strong experience with databases (My SQL, Postgre SQL, or similar)
n
Dashboarding & Visualization:
n
Tools like Looker Studio, Power BI, Tableau, or similar
n
Building automated dashboards and reports
n
Analytics & Tracking:
n
Google Analytics (GA4)
n
Google Tag Manager (preferred)
n
Event tracking and data validation
n
Tools & Workflow:
n
Excel / Google Sheets (advanced level)
n
Basic Python (optional but preferred for data manipulation)
n
Core Capabilities
