Title: Data Analyst

Location: Remote IST hours

Pay rate: 507 INR-> 1,383 INR (rate depends on factors like years of experience and CTMS expertise and education)

What You'll Do

n

● Validate data outputs and logic within the platform, identifying gaps, errors, and data loss across large enterprise datasets

n

● Work with clinical data sources including CTMS platforms to assess data quality and completeness

n

● Analyze competing analytical approaches and present reasoned recommendations on pros and cons

n

● Support exploration phases by independently evaluating solutions and surfacing insights to the team

n

● Communicate findings clearly in written reports, Excel,



and PowerPoint

n

What We're Looking For

n

● 3–5 years of experience working with data in pharma, biotech, or clinical research

n

● Hands-on experience with CTMS platforms

n

● Familiarity with external clinical datasets and clinical trial inclusion/exclusion criteria

n

● Robust working knowledge of clinical trial terminology and data structures

n

● Proficiency in SQL and Databricks; experience with Python a plus

n

● Comfortable working independently in a remote setting with a distributed team
