- *Role Description**

nThis is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager of Global Sourcing, located in Bengaluru South. The role entails managing end-to-end sourcing processes to ensure the timely procurement of high-quality materials at competitive prices. The responsibilities include supplier identification, evaluation, and relationship management, negotiating contracts, preparing purchase orders, analyzing global market trends,



and implementing cost optimization strategies. The candidate will ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards while collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve business goals.n
- *Qualifications**
- Proficiency in supplier identification, evaluation, and vendor relationship management
- Solid expertise in negotiation, budgeting, and cost optimization strategies
- Understanding of global market trends and sourcing best practices
- Operational experience in preparing purchase orders and ensuring procurement processes
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams for alignment with business goals
- Knowledge of herbal products or animal healthcare industry is an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- Professional certifications (e.g., CPSM, CSCP, or equivalent) are a plus
