HR Operations Executive - (Recruitment & Operations) At Yali Aerospace, we’re building drone systems meant for real operations, not just demos. To keep up with that pace, we need an HR Operations Executive who can handle hiring and keep HR operations running cleanly every day.

Manage onboarding and joining formalities: document collection, offer and appointment letters, induction coordination, and ensuring current employees are set up properly from day one.

Maintain employee records and HR documentation: personal files, contracts, policy acknowledgements, HR letters, and routine compliance documents. Maintain attendance and leave records and coordinate monthly payroll inputs with accounts or the payroll team to avoid last minute issues.

Support the full employee lifecycle: confirmations, role changes, basic employee queries, and coordination with managers on HR processes.



Improve day to day HR systems by building simple SOPs, cleaner templates, better trackers, and smoother communication. Around 3 years of experience handling recruitment and HR operations. Strong knowledge of HR documentation and process discipline (offers, contracts, onboarding and exit paperwork, employee records).
