Role Overview

n

We are seeking an experienced Senior Data Analyst – Team Lead to oversee data analytics operations, lead a team of analysts, and ensure delivery of high-quality, data-driven insights. The role requires robust leadership, project management, and hands-on analytical capabilities, particularly in handling clinical/study data and stakeholder reporting.

Key Responsibilities

n

1. Team Leadership & Development

n

- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of data analysts, ensuring high performance and accountability
- Provide guidance on analytical methodologies, project execution, and best practices
- Foster a collaborative, innovative, and learning-driven team environment
- Conduct performance reviews, provide constructive feedback, and support career development
- Train and onboard new team members effectively

2. Project & Stakeholder Management n

- Plan, manage, and oversee end-to-end execution of data analytics projects
- Define project scope, timelines, and resource allocation aligned with business objectives
- Ensure timely delivery of high-quality outputs, including reports and insights
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and complete data collection
- Act as the primary point of contact for sponsors and stakeholders
- Present insights, reports, and recommendations to sponsors in a clear and structured manner
- Review study outputs and reports before final submission

3. Data Management & Quality Control n

- Oversee data receipt from multiple sources, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and consistency
- Establish and maintain data validation, quality checks, and governance processes
- Ensure secure handling,



storage, and sharing of sensitive data
- Supervise data cleaning, preprocessing, and preparation activities
- Allocate datasets (e.g., eCRF data) to team members for analysis

4. Data Analysis & Insights Generation n

- Perform advanced data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights
- Apply statistical techniques and analytical methodologies where required
- Ensure integrity and reliability of data used in analysis and reporting
- Leverage data visualization tools to present actionable insights
- Continuously evaluate and adopt new tools, technologies, and best practices

5. Reporting & Communication n

- Oversee the preparation of study reports, dashboards, and presentations
- Ensure reports are accurate, insightful, and aligned with sponsor expectations
- Translate complex data into clear, actionable business insights
- Maintain high standards of documentation and reporting quality

Required Skills & Qualifications

n

- 8+ years of experience in Data Analytics / Clinical Data Analysis / Biostatistics or related field
- Proven experience in team leadership and project management
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience in handling clinical/study data (preferred)
- Proficiency in tools such as SQL, Excel, Python/R (preferred), and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.)
- Strong understanding of data cleaning, validation, and quality control processes
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
