What You’ll Learn & Do

Assist in screening and shortlisting candidates for creative, marketing, and operations roles
Coordinate interviews, manage calendars, and communicate with applicants
Help set up and maintain team structure, SOPs, and reporting systems
Monitor team accountability and weekly progress
Take ownership of internal check-ins, updates,



and cultural engagement
Contribute to building a strong, organized work from home setting

Who You Are
A student or recent graduate passionate about HR, startups, or team building
A clear communicator with strong follow-up and coordination skills
Valuable with Google Sheets, basic documentation, and time management
Ready to take initiative and grow in a fast-paced, creative startup culture
Bonus if you’ve managed projects or people in any capacity before (college clubs, etc.)
