Mandate Skill: Workday Core HCM, Core Compensation, Workday Reporting, Workday Certification
Experience - 4+ Years
Location – Any India Location (Work from home)
Position Type - Permanent/Fulltime
Working Hours – 2 PM IST to 11 PM IST at least

Experience and Education Requirements:
Minimum of 4+ Year of experience as a Workday HCM Consultant with strong working experience in Core Compensation & Workday Reporting
HCM Core Workday Partner Certification is required.
The following Workday Partner Certifications are preferred: Talent, Learning, PEX, Advanced Comp, Recruiting, Advantages and Launch




Employment is contingent upon obtaining a Workday Launch certification.
All required Workday Partner certifications must remain in Active status throughout employment with ERPA.
Must have experience troubleshooting or navigating Workday Security and be able to build custom reports.
Strong organizational skills are required. Must be able to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required, along with a detailed understanding of Workday HCM processes and best practices to make appropriate implementation recommendations.
Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as in a team environment, coupled with a desire to have fun while building something current (required)
