The Opportunity: As an eCommerce Data Analyst , you'll have the opportunity to make a significant impact by providing actionable insights that drive business decisions. This role is a unique blend of strategic thinking, project management , and advanced analytics/reporting . You will lead key projects (such as our Zoho CRM Project , Zoho Campaign Project ) and build on and implement new technologies like Fin AI while also taking an active role in our company's AI initiatives . This includes filling a critical spot on the AI Task Force to stay up-to-date on the rapidly changing AI landscape and guide our ongoing strategies. This role offers growth potential,

Essential Responsibilities: Data Integrity: Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and security of data across all eCommerce systems. Document the flow of transactional and master data between systems to ensure a single source of truth of data and to identify inconsistencies. Make recommendations on appropriate data flows and input controls for key master data (customer and products data) Analysis & Reporting: Collect, analyze, and interpret data from various sources (e.g., web analytics, sales data, customer behavior) to generate actionable insights and recommendations. Performance Monitoring: Monitor key performance indicators
