Role Description

n

This is a full-time, remote role for a Founder's Office Associate. The individual will work closely with the company’s leadership team to support strategic initiatives, analyze data, manage daily operations, and assist in decision-making processes. Responsibilities include conducting research on recent market opportunities, streamlining internal processes, preparing presentations, coordinating cross-team projects,



and ensuring alignment with organizational goals. The role may also involve working on diverse special projects and interacting with external stakeholders to further business objectives.

Qualifications

- Strong research, problem-solving, and analytical skills for market analysis and strategy formulation.
- Proficiency in project management and ability to coordinate cross-departmental teams effectively.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, coupled with attention to detail in preparing reports and presentations.
- Adaptability, self-motivation, and ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Proficiency in tools such as Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and project management platforms is a plus.
- Familiarity with EdTech, education consulting, or study-abroad processes is advantageous.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Education, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus.
- 0- 3 yr work experience
