Role Description

n

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Service and Sales Specialist, located in Noida. The primary responsibilities include handling customer inquiries and concerns, managing customer relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and delivering a seamless customer experience. The Specialist will also support sales activities, promote products or services, and contribute to driving the company’s revenue growth.

- The role is on-site and does not require travelling to various locations.

Qualifications

- Strong Phone Etiquette and effective and solid english communication skills
- Ability to foster positive relationships and resolve customer issues promptly
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities
- Comfortable working on Excel
- Graduate/ BBA
