Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Manager – Property Accounting to oversee our financial operations remotely from India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in property accounting, be a qualified CA/CPA, and bring at least 5 years of relevant experience to the table.



The Manager will be responsible for managing the financial strategy, planning, and operations of the company’s US-based properties. This role requires deep expertise in property accounting, strategic financial planning, and compliance with US GAAP. Additionally, the candidate will work closely with the CEO, CFO and other senior management to drive the company's financial success. Key Responsibilities: Property Accounting: Manage all aspects of property accounting, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, and financial reporting. Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting in compliance with US GAAP. Oversee the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
