The Role We are looking for a highly skilled and communicative Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst to join our growing Data Team. In this role, you will be the bridge between our raw data and our internal business stakeholders. You will own our Metabase environment, ensuring it remains organized, effective, and accessible. If you have a knack for translating complex business kakatrequirements into actionable dashboards, writing highly optimized SQL, and collaborating with Data Engineering teams to build robust pipelines, we want you on our team Key Responsibilities Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as the primary point of contact for internal teams (Product, Sales, Marketing, etc.) to gather data requirements, understand their goals, and translate them into technical deliverables.



Dashboard Creation & BI Management: Design, build, and maintain intuitive and actionable dashboards. Own the administration of Metabase, ensuring the platform remains structured, performant, and easy for non-technical users to navigate. Advanced SQL Development: Write, optimize, and troubleshoot complex SQL queries to extract valuable insights from our databases. Cross-Functional Teamwork: Collaborate closely with Data Engineers to identify gaps in our data. Clearly define and document requirements for new data pipelines and data models to support your reporting needs. Data Quality & Governance: Proactively identify data discrepancies and work with the broader data team to ensure accuracy, consistency, and reliability across all reporting.
