Role Overview
We're looking for someone who's comfortable picking up the phone, doing the research, and owning their pipeline from first touch to booked meeting. This is a hands-on outbound-heavy role where your work directly feeds the sales pipeline.
Position: B2B Sales Development Representative
Market: US, UK and Europe
Work Model: On-site in Goa
Hours: UK time zone
Key Responsibilities
- Prospecting and reaching out to B2B leads via phone, email, and LinkedIn across the UK, US, and European markets
- Qualifying inbound enquiries and routing them to the Sales / Account Executive team
- Building, maintaining, and segmenting lead databases
- Researching potential clients including industry, company structure, decision-makers, and business needs
- Scheduling qualified meetings for the sales team
- Keeping CRM records accurate and up to date
- Preparing weekly sales activity and pipeline reports
- Tracking market trends and competitor activity across target markets
- Suggesting improvements to lead generation processes, outbound scripts, and messaging
Requirements
- 2 to 3 years of experience in a B2B sales or SDR role
- Proven track record with outbound sales and cold calling to B2B clients
- Experience selling to UK, US, and/or European markets
- Fluent, professional English, written and spoken
- Comfortable working to KPIs and targets
- Hands-on experience with a CRM (Zoho experience is a plus)
- High level of independence, strong organizational skills, and a results-driven mindset
Nice to Have
- Experience in SaaS, IT services, or B2B professional services
- Familiarity with sales engagement tools or automation platforms
