We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Retail Partner Acquisition Executive to onboard new retail partners for Bajaj’s financial products and services. The role involves identifying potential retailers, pitching partnership benefits, onboarding them, and maintaining strong business relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and approach potential retail partners (offline/online retailers, shop owners, dealers, etc.).
- Explain Bajaj’s products and partnership benefits to prospective partners.
- Onboard new retail partners and complete required documentation.
- Train partners on basic usage of Bajaj’s platform/products (if required).
- Maintain and manage relationships with existing retail partners.
- Achieve monthly partner acquisition targets.
- Coordinate with internal sales and operations teams.
- Provide regular updates and reports to the reporting manager.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Any Graduate (MBA in Marketing/HR/Sales preferred but not mandatory).
- 0–3 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Channel Partner, or Retail Acquisition.
- Positive communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to convince and build relationships.
- Basic knowledge of financial/retail products is a plus.
- Willingness to do field work.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in partner/retailer onboarding.
- Knowledge of local market and retailers.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
