Job Description

- Take brief from the client and understand their requirements thoroughly
- Explain requirements to team/ vendor and get the work executed
- Ensure proper work is delivered to the client as per expectation
- Seek feedback from the client
- Get changes done as applicable
- Be updated about all work relating to the client
- Maintain proper follow up with executive (in house/off-shore) to ensure timely delivery of work

- Identify new opportunities of association with clients
- Pitch the clients for these new opportunities & generate new business
- Execute review meeting (on call or on site) with client whenever required
- Do a quality check of work as per prescribed standard
- Get work approved by seniors/ concerned personnel before delivery

Experience Required: 8 years and above
