Summary: As a Full Stack Engineer, you will be responsible for developing and engineering the end-to-end features of a system, from user experience to backend code. You will leverage new technologies and methodologies to address complex business challenges, all while maintaining a cloud-first and agile mindset. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentorship within the team to foster professional growth. - Analyze project requirements and translate them into technical specifications and actionable tasks. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Java Full Stack Development. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Apache Kafka. - Solid understanding of front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks. - Experience with backend technologies, including RESTful APIs and microservices architecture. - Familiarity with database management systems and data modeling techniques. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Java Full Stack Development. - This position is based at our Mumbai office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
