ICU Nurse Specifics

- Critical Monitoring: Advanced monitoring of hemodynamically unstable patients, ventilator care, suctioning, managing lines/drains.
- Emergency Response: Manage sepsis, shock,



& other critical changes.
- Specialized Care: Care for unconscious patients, nutrition management, end-of-life care.

OT (Operating Theatre) Nurse Specifics

- Surgical Assistance: Prepare patients for surgery, assist surgeons, manage instruments, & maintain a sterile field.
- Logistics: Coordinate with CSSD (Sterile Supply) & track surgical materials.
- Prep: Prepare anesthesia trolleys, emergency drugs, & crash carts.
- Counts: Count instruments & sponges before wound closure.
